What We Sell:

We sell brand new, factory-sealed products. We never sell used, refurbished, or out-of-box units. All of our products come with a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Installation

We offer installation in the Greater Toronto Area for washing machines and dryers only.  All other installations would have to be arranged by the customer.  Feel free to contact us to get recommendations for installation professionals.

Delivery:

We deliver our products in the most efficient and secure method possible. All local shipments in the GTA will arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on availability and the manufacturer. If, for some reason, a shipment is delayed, we will try to notify the customer ASAP. Delivery Scheduling

When your product is ready to be delivered, we will contact you either by phone or by email to schedule a convenient date and time for your delivery. We make things easy by setting up 2 hour delivery time window that is convenient for you.  We will not send out a local delivery unless we have a confirmed 2 hour time frame scheduled with the customer.

Accepting Delivery:

We understand that on rare occasions a product can get damaged along the delivery process. Our delivery personnel will unbox every item that we deliver. You must notify the delivery personal of any damages that you find as soon as the item is removed from the box. You will be asked to sign that you have inspected the delivered product and that it is in good condition. If any damage is found when opening your order, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged item.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Warranty:

As Canadian Appliance Source is an authorized dealer, all of our products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty, (generally one year from date of purchase).

Return Policy:

Our goal is that our customer be fully satisfied with the products and service that we offer. We ask that customers check all of the features and specifications of the products they are ordering before ordering.

Some of the Features that should be determined:

• Gas or Electric
• 110 Volts or 220 Volts
• Color of unit
• Height, Width, and Depth should match the space where the unit will be installed
• Height, Width, and Depth should also allow unit to fit through any necessary doorways upon delivery.

We will not take back any unit(s) that have been opened and/or taken out of the box. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. Fixing errors or misprints:

We strive to prevent errors. How we fix them depends on the error. If we find that a product description is incorrect, for example, we'll correct it.

In general, you should know that prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered. Canadian Appliance Source reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.canadianappliance.ca will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
