How the Delivery Works:
Canadian Appliance Source delivers hundreds of orders a week, quickly and efficiently. When your product is ready to be delivered, we will contact you either by phone or email to schedule a convenient day for your delivery. We will make things easier for you by agreeing upon a 2 hour delivery time window that is convenient for you. After receiving your delivery call, please ensure that there is a clear path for delivery (free of ice, snow, toys, debris, etc.). Ensure that an adult, 18 years of age or older, is present during delivery.
Our shipping and delivery options are designed with you in mind. We deliver and ship all of our products in the most efficient and secure method possible. Depending on the unit's weight, we will deliver your order either with our own delivery service, UPS, or a Freight Carrier servicing your area. Most local shipments

For apartment or high-rise deliveries, delivery personnel must have dedicated elevator access available. Pre-measure your doorways, entrances and hallways to ensure your new product will fit. In rare situations products may fit tight, therefore you may be asked to approve the delivery person�s attempt, and release them of all liability.
You must notify the delivery personal of any damages that you find as soon as they unbox the item. You will be asked to sign that you have inspected the delivered product and that it is in good condition. If any damage is found when opening your order, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged item.
Throughout the process, you�ll be taking advantage of the most reliable and personal delivery system in the industry. You will always have a local contact that can help you with any questions before or after your delivery. If for some reason a product is delayed, we will notify you right away.
Delivery Locations:
We deliver all of our products throughout The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and most surrounding areas. Many other products can be shipped throughout Canada, so please call us at 1-877-374-3439 for any inquires about delivery locations.
Delivery Charges:
Charges for delivery are dependent on the amount of products ordered, and the location that it is delivered to. Our delivery charges start as low as $59 in the GTA and increase with distance. To calculate our shipping charge, simply add the products to your basket then enter your postal code into the "Estimated Shipping Rates" box.
Product Pick up:
Pickup from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario is available free of charge. There is wait period between 2-5 business days (depending on the product) before your product is ready for pick-up. We will notify you when your product will be available for pick up. To pick up your merchandise, bring a printed copy of your confirmation e-mails, a picture ID and the credit card used to place your order to the warehouse on your pick up date. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be allowed to pick up your items if you do not bring your picture ID, credit card used to place the order and confirmation e-mails. Items picked up will be in their original packaging. Any installation required for these items is the responsibility of the customer.
Installation
For delivery of appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers & ranges, we will unbox and move your new purchase into place when requested to do so. For a minimal addition fee, we can connect your appliance. (See box below for rates) Our delivery personnel are not licensed to connect or disconnect gas, plumbing or electrical to or from your appliances. Please arrange to have these items disconnected if required, before delivery.

Warranty
Since we are an authorized dealer all our products come with the full manufactures warranty. If you need assistance with getting a repair on a unit you ordered please give us a call at 1-877-374-3439, or email us at cs@canadianappliance.ca and we will be glad to assist you.

Return Policy
Our goal is to make our customers fully satisfied with the products and service we offer. We ask that customers check the Products they are ordering before checking out.
Some of the Features that should be checked out:
- Gas or Electric
- 110 Volts or 220Volts
- Color of unit
- Height, Width, and Depth, will match the place where your installing the unit
- Height, Width, and Depth, will allow unit to fit through the entrance door
We will not take back any unit(s) that were opened and/or taken out of the box. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. If you need assistance in ordering a product or you need technical help please call our sales staff at 1-877-374-3439 or email us at cs@canadianappliance.ca. If you need to return an item you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the unit. No returns will be accepted after that time period. There will be a 25% restocking fee on cancelled or unopened returned items, plus the shipping cost to you and back to us. If you need to cancel an order you must call us at 1-877-374-3439 to cancel. Do not email us any cancellations. All special orders or orders that have a postmaked day cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns on air conditioners. All air conditioners, and air conditioner Accessories sales are final.
Damages
We do our best packaging our products to minimize damages. There are times that a unit might come damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery. If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the package or make note of it on the Bill of Lading and call customer service at 1-877-374-3439 for assistance or email us at cs@canadianappliance.ca We will take every possible step in getting you out a new unit in a timely fashion. If the unit was accepted and signed for and there was concealed damages, we will do everything necessary to repair the unit (if it is at all possible), or send you a replacement unit and pick up the damaged unit. On occasion the unit might need minor repairs. We will send a service technician down to try and repair the unit. It may take up to 10 days for a service appointment. If the unit cannot be repaired we will send a new unit to the customer in a timely fashion.
