The Amana PTC123D35AR Electronic Controls and LED Display DigiSmart Series is the only PTAC Heat and Cool Air Conditioner that comes with electronic controls which allows you to choose the exact temperature you want your room to be at without the need of adding an electronic wall thermostat. This unit comes with Electric Heat Strip.

  Compressor Restart Delay - Extends compressor life by auto-delaying any restart attempt by three minutes to allow refrigerant pressures time to equalize.
• Remote Temperature Sensing - Remote temperature sensor (optional)
• Filtered Ventilation System - Filters outside air to reduce dust, pollen and keep guests' rooms cleaner longer.

Deliveries in most areas are a white-glove delivery service.  Large appliances are delivered to room of choice, unboxed, and packing removed. Washers and Electric Dryers can be connected for an additional fee. Old appliances can be removed and recycled for an additional fee.
