Its beautiful 30-inch body slides into any freestanding cutout, for quick and easy installation. For your cooking convenience, this induction range offers a flexible five-element cooktop with 4.6 cubic foot capacity Genuine European Convection oven. With this high-performance Bosch range, you can cook like a culinary master thanks to the 11 specialized cooking modes and temperature conversion system.

 

The smooth, elegant black cooktop features five heating elements, including a warming zone. This smooth ceramic glass cooking surface is quick and easy to clean. Simply grab a damp sponge or microfiber cloth, and a mild detergent to clean away spills and splatters with ease.

 

Induction cooking is quite different from natural gas and electric fuel. During the cooking process, the cooktop surface will stay relatively cook while the pots and pans are heated directly. Under the cooktop surface lies coils that contain electromagnetic energy. In order for the electromagnetic field to be completed, you must place a steel, iron or copper cookware on the heating element. Once the appropriate cookware is set on the heating element, the field is completely heating the pot or pan directly.

 

For your cooking convenient, the cooktop features warming zone. The warming zone uses a low-heat output to hold dishes at the desired temperature until you are ready to serve the meal.

 

The Bosch HIIP054C also features a large 4.6 cubic foot capacity Genuine Convection oven with three oven racks and several rack positions. Thanks to the variety of rack options and position, this oven can accommodate multiple casserole dishes simultaneous or a large roast with ease.

 

The Genuine Convection system uses a third convection element installed near the convection fan. As the convection element heats the air, the fan circulates the air throughout the oven cavity evenly. Thanks to the constant movement of the heated air, no matter where you position food in the oven, it receives the same great baking or roasting results.

 

Bosch takes the guesswork out of convection cooking with the convenient temperature conversion system. With this oven, you can enter the conventional temperature and cook time, and this range will convert it to the appropriate convection temperature and time. Convection cooking bakes, roasts, and boils faster than conventional cooking, with lower baking temperatures.

 

To take your cooking experience to a whole new level, this Bosch range features 11 specialized cooking modes. These cooking modes allow you to press a button and go. After you load the oven with your meal, the cooking modes will use the ideal cook time and temperature to achieve superior cooking, baking, and roasting results.

 

For additional convenience, this oven offers a temperature probe. The temperature probe allows you to monitor the internal temperature of meats and other dishes, without opening the oven door. Once your dish reaches the desired cooking internal temperature, the oven will shut off automatically to prevent the food from overcooking and drying out
