Its stainless steel cooktop features five sealed burners with black double continuous grates and a reversible griddle. The sealed burners are covered with a black porcelain cap, designed to prevent spills and splatters from clogging the burner elements, promoting long lasting performance on an easy to clean surface. Its double cast iron continuous grates allows you to slide heavy pots and pans from one burner to another without forcing you to lift the heavy cookware. Sliding heavy cookware from burner to burner helps prevent accidental burns due to splashing liquids or sauces.

GE did not stop there; the PCGB950SEFSS features an extra-large 6.8 cubic foot capacity between two oven cavities. The upper oven cavity offers a smaller 2.5 cubic foot capacity while the lower oven offers a standard 4.3 cubic foot capacity convection oven. With this GE Profile, you can prepare two different dishes at different temperatures simultaneously.

 

With the True Temp™ temperature management system, you can rest assured your foods are receiving accurate, consisted heating throughout the duration of the entire cook time. To ensure your foods receive even heating GE equipped this range with the SmartLogic electronic control with a platinum sensor to constantly monitor the oven’s performance.

 

To take the cooking, baking, and roasting performance even further, both ovens feature the innovative air convection system. The air convection system uses a fan in the rear of the oven that rotates one way and then reverses direction to promote even heating, surrounding food with heated air.
