The commercial-style Jenn-Air JGRP430WP Pro-Style gas range offers the power and precision culinary masters love. Its powerful four burner range features a 20,000 BTU stacked burner, allowing you to achieve high-heat cooking methods or a delicate simmer on the same burner element. To take meal preparation to the next level, this Jenn-Air features a MultiMode 4.1 cubic foot capacity convection oven.

 

This freestanding commercial-style gas range installs in cutout with the dimensions 30-inch width x 36 3/4-inch height x 29 1/2 –inch depth. Its heavy-duty design brings the style, power, and precision restaurant chefs love while upgrading the appearance of your kitchen.

 

Its commercial-grade design features four sealed burners with black cast iron continuous grates. Each burner is equipped with a porcelain cap designed to prevent spills and food particles from clogging the burner elements. The sealed burners include one 20,000 BTU stacked PowerBurner, two 15,000 BTU burners, and one 5,000 BTU simmer burner.

 

The 20,000 BTU stacked PowerBurner combines two burners in one location. It possesses a maximum heat output of 20,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking techniques, such as flash frying or stir-fry. With precision controls, this burner can also be used for everyday cooking techniques or achieve a delicate simmer all in one location.

 

Jenn-Air’s two 15,000 BTU burners are powerful enough for high-heat cooking methods, but gentle enough for everyday cooking. These burners may be used for just about any cooking technique you prefer.

 

The gentle 5,000 BTU simmer burner delivers a low-output heat to prevent scorching or burning delicate sauces or foods. This burner may be reduced to a low 500 BTUs heat output for delicate items such as melting chocolate or marshmallows.

As a safety bonus, the cooktop features an electronic ignition and Flame-Sensing™ re-ignition system. The Flame-Sensing™ re-ignition ensures a continuous flame. If the flame were to blow out accidently, the burner will relight automatically, preventing gas from seeping throughout your house.

 

The Pro-Style Jenn-Air JGRP430WP features a 4.1 cubic foot MultiMode® convection oven. This MultiMode® system features a 1,200-Watt oval heating element and two round fans to distribute heat evenly throughout the entire oven cavity. With six different convection cooking modes, including bake, broil, and roast, you will receive stupendous results every time.

 

Jenn-Air takes the guesswork out convection cooking with the auto convection conversion system. This conversion system allows you to enter the conventional cook time and temperature, and then converts it automatically to the appropriate convection cook time and temperature.

 

Programming this luxurious commercial grade range is quick and easy with the 7-inch full-color Touch-Anywhere LCD display. The LCD control panel features touch-screen technology making it easy for you navigate through the settings, temperatures, and cook times with ease.
