Return/Exchange Policy
ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES
Our company strives for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide. We ask that customers check all the features and specification of the products they are ordering before placing the order.
Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please contact CAS immediately at 1-877-374-3439 ext. 677 before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any defects or damage to Canadian Appliance Source immediately.
Policy

- Factory-sealed products can be returned at no penalty within 7 days of receipt.*
- Authorized returns can be dropped off at a CAS pick-up location at no additional cost. A retrieval fee may be applicable if CAS is required to retrieve the product.
- All damages must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
- All products have a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty (some exceptions may apply).
- All product defects or recalls are subject to manufacturer’s warranty
- All defects will be inspected by a factory technician prior to Returns Authorization to assess the issue
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to drop-off or pickup of products.
- No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
- All authorized returns or exchanges must have original packaging.
- *All ventilation products are final sale.
- All CAS authorized returns and exchanges on undamaged products that have been opened, and not used, are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable delivery charges.
- Any units that are approved for a return or exchange must be returned to CAS within 14 days of the approval date. Failure to return the item within 14 days will void the original approval and any return/exchange request will need to be resubmitted for review.
- Please note this Returns Policy does not apply to returns related to service or repair issues. If you would like to request a return due to a service or repair issue, please refer to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
CAS reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Floor Model/Open Box Policy
- Floor models are meant for local delivery or pickup only and may not have original interior or exterior packaging.
- Floor model / open box pricing and/or discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.
- All floor models and open box units are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- No floor model/open box unit can be reserved or held without the customer physically inspecting the unit in the store and a non-refundable 45% deposit. Items must be paid in full and picked up or delivered within 7 days.
- Floor models / open box units are sold as-is, final sale, without exchange or refund. We make every effort to provide accurate information, however, we will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or incorrect information. Merchandise reduced due to damage will be fully disclosed to the extent of our knowledge. Any cost for repairs or missing parts is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All floor model and open box units carry a manufacturer's warranty (some exceptions apply). Existing defects and/or damage on the item (such as scratches, dents, or missing pieces) are not covered by the warranty and these will be noted during an in-store inspection at the time of purchase. Protection plans can be purchased for an additional charge, but will exclude coverage of existing defects.
