Refrigerator Installation Service (New Waterline)

Things to note:

  • This service should be purchased if an entirely new waterline is required.
  • If this is replacing your existing refrigerator, our delivery team will uncrate and move your new purchase into place. They will not plug it in.
  • If there is open floor access, 60 feet of waterline will be included in the installation.
  • Our installer will NOT remove packaging or provide haul away services.
  • Refrigerator door reversal service can be added for an extra cost. Please contact your local store for details.

Gas Range

Gas Range Installation Service with New Flexible Hose

Things to note:

  • This package does NOT include removal of any packaging.
  • This service does NOT include haul away.
  • Extra charges will apply if shut-off valves, gas permits or any custom carpentry work is needed to allow the new appliance to fit.

WASHER & DRYER

Gas Dryer Installation Service with New Flexible Hose

Things to note:

  • This service should be purchased if there was an existing gas dryer in place before.
  • If a completely new installation is required, please click here to contact us to arrange for an on-site quotation. Once the on-site inspection is completed, our installer will provide a detailed quotation of the work required and the associated cost. All fees for an on-site inspection are non-refundable and must be paid for at your local CAS showroom.
  • Our installer will NOT remove packaging or provide haul away services.
  • Extra charges will apply if any shut-off valves, gas permits, vent-less exhaust kits, conversion kits, vent hose, stacking of items, expansion and reduction adapters, or custom carpentry work is needed to allow the new appliance to fit.

Dishwasher

Dishwasher with Hose Installation and Haul Away Service

Things to note:

  • Our installer will pick-up and deliver the unit and remove its packaging.
  • This is a basic installation into an existing outlet.
  • A 6 feet stainless steel braided fill hose (supply line) is included with this installation service.
  • Our installer will haul away the old unit and dispose of all packing and materials.
  • Extra charges will apply if any risers, air gaps, pigtails, elbows, on/off switches, working in crawl spaces, or custom carpentry work is needed to remove old unit.

Once the on-site inspection is completed, our installer will provide a detailed quotation of the work required and the associated cost.   • This package does NOT include moving the existing duct work any drywall patching or painting.

OTR – Microwave

The Authorized Install will:

  • Remove packaging from unit and inspect prior to installation
  • Disconnect electrical service to existing OTR
  • Disconnect Duct
  • Mount, center (if possible) and secure support bracket for new OTR as required by manufacturer’s specifics
  • Check and rotate, if necessary, exhaust fan, as required for excising ventilation
  • Connect and seal to existing duct, if necessary
  • Plug OTR cord into receptacle and secure with hardware provided
  • Install all accessory filters, covers, panels and/or racks
  • Test OTR by activating and monitoring a heating cell (using container filled with water), the exhaust fan and all lights and remaining accessories
  • If OTR is mounted using ductless application, installer will ensure accessory charcoal filter is properly installed


Note: All associated packaging of the unit that was installed will be broken down and placed in storage location OR outside as required


Common Overages:

  • Dedicated 110-volt electrical line
  • Changing a round vent to a rectangular vent OR vice versa
  • Installing an electrical receptacle box if improper service was sold
  • Additional duct work to allow transition from eternal exhaust to recirculating OR vise versa
  • Carpentry work to allow new OTR to fit

Electric Cooktop

The Authorized Install will:

  • Remove packaging from unit and inspect prior to installation
  • Set cooktop into opening
  • Extend leveling brackets to floor of cabinet so cooktop sits straight
  • Secure the cooktop to the countertop
  • Screw leveling brackets to bottom of cabinet
  • Run appropriate power cable into cabinet
  • Connect cooktop to electrical box and receptacle
  • Plug cooktop power cord into outlet
  • Test Cooktop by activating and monitoring all surface burner elements, all controls, accessories (Clock, timer, setting, etc.)


Note: All associated packaging of the unit that was installed will be broken down and placed in storage location OR outside as required


Common Overages:

  • Carpentry work to allow the new appliance to fit

Gas Cooktop

The Authorized Install will:

  • Remove packaging from unit and inspect prior to installation
  • Terminate gas service from shut-off valve, verify gas is turned off at shut-off valve and then disconnect gas from appliance. If no shut off valve is present, additional charges can be applied to terminate gas service and install shut-off valve, but not to exceed authorized additional charge estimate provided to customer
  • Secure the Cooktop to the countertop
  • Screw leveling brackets to bottom of cabinet
  • Extend leveling brackets to floor of cabinet so cooktop sits straight
  • Connect cooktop to electrical box and receptacle and plug cooktop power cord into outlet
  • Run appropriate power cable into cabinet
  • Ensure line is capped and there are no leaks
  • Connect gas service and ventilation to new gas appliance
  • Turn gas service back on and test all connections for leaks
  • Monitor gas service and ensure there are no leaks
  • Ensure all accessories; (grease, pants, racks, burner faps, lint filter, etc.) are installed on appliance
  • Test gas appliance by activating and monitoring all surface burner elements, all controls, accessories (Clock, timer, setting, etc.), all ventilation connections (Check exterior wall cap for debris), Ensure all burner elements are adjusted according to display proper flame characteristics
  • Includes new mandatory flex hose required by code


Note: All associated packaging of the unit that was installed will be broken down and placed in storage location OR outside as required


Common Overages:

  • Shut off valve
  • Conversion kits
  • Custom carpentry work to allow the new appliance to fit

Wall Oven Single

The Authorized Install will:

  • A two-person team will install single wall ovens
  • Terminate electrical service for electric oven and disconnect from appliance
  • Ensure electrical cord has been unplugged to prevent damage to receptacle
  • Connect electrical service to new electric oven
  • Ensure all accessories (grates, pants, racks, burns caps, etc.) are installed on appliance
  • Test wall oven by activating and monitoring all surface burner elements, broiler, oven OR interior heating elements, all controls, accessories (clock, timer, setting, etc.), oven door, storage drawer, and ensure all burner elements are adjusted accordingly


Note: All associated packaging of the unit that was installed will be broken down and placed in storage location OR outside as required


Common Overages:

  • Shelf build-up when new unit is shorter than old
  • Converting from gas to electric OR vise versa (may require electrician and/ or local gas provider)
  • Customer carpentry work to allow new appliance to fit

BBQ Assembly in Home

The Authorized Install will:

  • Un-package and inspect the unit to ensure there are no missing or damaged pieces
  • Assembly of the BBQ
  • Installation of any accessories such as the ignitor, side burner, etc.
  • Review installation and proper operation with customer upon completion
  • Final clean up of job site
