Bertazzoni Professional Series 24-inch freestanding range. The high-efficiency maintop with 4 burners features a dual ring 18,000 BTU power-burner that boils water in under 6 minutes, and 3 additional burners of variable size and power to suit every style of cooking, with delicate simmer at 750 BTU. The 2.4 cubic feet oven cavity has a convection fan for balanced airflow and even temperature baking and roasting on multiple levels. The extra wide infrared gas broiler is ideal for grilling and searing at high heat. The large interior oven glass door maximizes interior volume and can be wiped clean without effort.

CONVECTION SYSTEM

The combined effect of the twin fans, two ring heating elements, the baffle and vents achieves a balanced, horizontally directed airflow for best-in-class even heat distribution, equally benefiting multi level cooking or any high profile foods. The Dual Diagonal Convection System, provides optimal heat distribution throughout the cavity, preventing hot spots or heat shadows. Food stays moist and is prepared healthier as grease particles do not carbonize. When using the oven for more than one dish, the different levels cook much more evenly than in a conventional convection oven. For traditional cooking, such as baking and recipes that require non-convection heat, the oven can be operated with the top and concealed bottom heating elements.
