The Built-In Flat Top SIZZLE ZONE Head with two Infrared Burners features Napoleon's classic stainless steel wave cooking grids. The SIZZLE ZONE works by forcing gas through a ceramic plate filled with gas, which is then ignited. The ceramic glows red hot, reaching temperatures of 1,800F in seconds. This is infrared heat. Far less gas is used, saving you time and money on your next grilled meal.
