Whirlpool eliminates the guesswork from achieving outstanding cooking results with the advanced AccuBake Temperature Management System. This advanced temperature management system uses built-in sensors to monitors the oven temperature throughout the duration of the cook time. To promote even heating, the heat source is alternated between the upper broil element and hidden bake element. Alternating the heating source between the top and bottom of the oven cavity, eliminates hot and cold spots from altering the cooking performance.

The hidden bake element moves the bake element below the oven cavity floor. Moving the bake element below the cavity floors creates more space while keeping the porcelain oven cavity quick and easy to clean.

To take your cooking performance a step further, the Whirlpool WOS52EM4AS features an advanced convection cooking system. This convection system uses a fan installed in the rear of the oven cavity to circulate heated air throughout the oven cavity. By circulating the heated air throughout the oven cavity, hot and cold spots are virtually eliminated from the oven cavity.

If you are not familiar with convection cooking, no problem. This Whirlpool oven features a temperature conversion system. The temperature conversion system allows you to enter the traditional conventional cook time and temperature, and then converts it automatically to the appropriate convection cook time and temperature.
