We live in a rural area, about an hour's drive from the nearest appliance dealer, and needed a new range (stove/oven). Our existing appliance was thirty years old and we are in our seventies. It was a daunting prospect to begin the search for a new appliance, because of the many choices available and the drastically different technology from the old unit to which we were accustomed. We wished to transition to an induction stove because of efficiency but again, the options and different technology were certainly confusing. Laurent Lachance Brassard took my call near the end of the working day, and spent a lengthy period of time on the 'phone with me, reviewing in detail the various options with the various companies and various models at different price points. He is the most knowledgeable appliance sales representative with whom we have ever worked and we are confident we have made the best choice for our needs. During the evening conversation, we were able to narrow the choices to two companies/models, a detailed quote was promptly sent for us to discuss so that we could see exactly what we would be purchasing, Laurent was quick to take my call the next morning, and delivery was scheduled to occur the following day.
