For the past four years I have been looking for counter depth refrigerator that would fit the available space of my small kitchen. I did find a brand, online, that would be suitable. Unfortunately it was not readily available in stock or to order. I kept looking and just when my old refrigerator began to shut down I found it at CAS Wpg. I called CAS on Friday and spoke with Nicole. She efficiently and effectively organized my purchase and delivery requirements. The fridge arrived Monday morning and by that evening all was back to normal, with no food loss. Thank you Nicole for assisting me with my delemmia.

My experience with CAS is a good one! Nicole Macdonald was very helpful giving me a quote on one of the appliances I was looking to purchase, but I ended up changing my mind and went with a different brand. Again Nicole helped me decide between two different versions, and after I finally made my decision a few days later, I placed the order and we set-up delivery. Nicole was polite, friendly and professional from first contact. Her sales professionalism cannot be questioned. She was very helpful with helping us get a replacement dishwasher ahead of scheduled delivery. She also helped usviron out problems with the delivery process when reason did not work when speaking to the delivery company. Now we however answered that phone was condescending. So I just said okay, that hmm kuou, and called Nicole. Voila! Problem fixed! I will return to CAS and Nicole in the future.

Walked into Canadian Appliance Source on Regent and was promptly greeted by Cory Werenich. This turned out to be the easiest appliance purchase I ever made. Cory was very friendly and courteous. The showroom is clean and comfortable, but a bit on the small size, so they didn't have the exact refrigerator I was looking for on display, but I pretty much knew what I wanted anyways. Cory was able to quickly find it in their system and order one up for delivery, which as an added bonus to the already competitive pricing is free. I'm not usually one to buy extended warranties, but Cory was able to make me an offer that didn't make sense not to buy it. Overall, a very good shopping experience.
