CAS does not disappoint. I was in need of a dishwasher replacement on Dec 24th, dropped into the Regent store and Nicole helped me out. I explained what I needed and she was able to find me a new dishwasher that was in stock at the warehouse. It was installed and worked wonders on the holiday dishwashing demands for our family. We were very happy with the service we received from our sales rep. - Nicole. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and followed up with us after the items were delivered. I was not happy with the delivery company however. They refused to take their shoes off and had no booties to put on before they tracked mud & snow all through my house.

Cory was an excellent rep to deal with and explained the differences between a regular electric stove and an inductionn stove. He went beyond the regular sales rep discussion & spent a lot of time with my wife on how to use an induction stove. Thanx Cory...you were an excellent rep to deal with and will recommend you to our friends!!! P.S. after a few minutes of reading the manual, we figured out how easy it is to use stove top
