I had a warranty claim from an item I bought four years ago… I’m not one to usually buy an extended warranty and I’m very glad I did this time! I was expecting to get a bit of a runaround, But instead CAS quickly emailed me my warranty information and I was able to start a claim with no hassle. Great service by Huseyin!

Mike was so great! Understood what I needed right away and gave me info that was relevant for my needs (even without asking) and the store was about to close. He didn’t rush me or ignore me (some ppl do when the stores about to close). Bought all kitchen stuff and I am very particular. Made my decisions quick and customer service was exceptional! In fact, I went back to him the next day at another location and purchased washer and dryer too! I forgot to mention this was second time finding what I needed for the price I could afford and they have white glove delivery - some places won’t bring it inside! Like what? How does a single mom carry in a fridge that’s left in her doorstop? CAS and set up wherever you need. That’s service! That’s also why I went back to them. Ask about delivery for other places - you’ll see the difference!

The service was great! The delivery drivers were really nice however there was a little mix up with the removal of our old dishwasher. I called the custom service line and Huseyin was amazing. He reschedule my old dishwasher pick up for a date that worked for everyone and I couldn't be happier.
