Here, we teach our staff how to take you through the process of knowing you need an appliance, working through the features et benefits you want, finding a match et negotiating a price et payment structure that works pour both sides of the transaction. 

We also teach our people the value of attentiveness, fairness et clarity. That last one’s particularly important because most people who walk into our showroom know very little about home appliances other than that they need a new one. And considering how much money they’ll probably have to spend on their new appliance, a clear understanding of the value they’re getting pour the price they’re paying is a good thing.

Maybe most important is what we teach our staff about the concept of “best brands” — a pretty common phrase in our business.

The reality is that “best brand” doesn’t exist. Best pour who? Accueil appliance évaluationers? Micro-influencers? The marketing team behind the brand? None of their opinions matter because they don’t live your life et they have no idea what you value most of all. We’ll know though, because we’ll ask you.
