LG Awards

LG has not only been recognized for a number of firsts in both the appliance and electronics industries, the company has always received recognition through a number of several prestigious awards.

LG earned the iF award. The iF award, or International Forum design award, has been given to brands for over 50 years. Each year this German award is given to the company who demonstrates outstanding or highly innovative design qualities, including eco-friendly or safety-conscious designs. LG has been lucky enough to receive this award several times for a number of different products.

The International Design Excellence Award, also known as IDEA, is the most influential design award given in North America. This award is of significant importance to LG, as it recognizes products for superior design quality. LG has been fortunate enough to receive the IDEA award.

LG proudly accepted the German Red Dot Design Award. This award is one of Europe's top two-design awards. To determine the winner, world-famous designers assess the merits of contending products, and then discuss product details.
