For tougher, cooked on messes we recommend using a cleaning cream instead of an abrasive cleaning utensil. Abrasive cleaning materials can scratch the smooth ceramic-glass surface.

For your cooking convenience, this brilliant convection system features a fan installed in the rear of the oven to circulate heated air throughout the oven cavity. Circulating the heated air throughout the oven, heating every rack, wall, and oven floor, so you get even, uniform cooking results every time.

For those not accustomed to convection cooking, do not worry! This advanced Jenn-Air range features the auto convection conversion system. The auto convection conversion system allows you to enter the appropriate conventional cook time and temperature, then converts it automatically to the appropriate convection cook time and temperature. Jenn-Air® completely eliminates the guesswork from cooking with this intelligent convection conversion system.

Jenn-Air’s auto convection modes help you prepare a variety of different foods at their ideal temperature with preset cooking cycles. For your convenience, these cooking cycles adjust the temperature and air flow to achieve perfect baking, roasting, and broiling results.

When you are finished cooking, baking, or roasting in the large oven cavity, let Jenn-Air® take care of the cleanup with the convenient self-cleaning function. This self-cleaning feature uses high-heat temperatures to reduce food particles and spillovers to ash, allowing you to simply wipe the bottom of the oven cavity wipe a damp sponge.
