This flexible 4.5 cu. ft. slide-in gas range has excellent features inside and on top. The ergonomic console features continuous cast-iron, satin-finish grates that allow pots and pans to be easily moved from burner to burner around the cooktop. There's also plenty of heat, with a 14,000 BTU Power burner, two 9,200 BTU burners, and one 5,000 BTU AccuSimmer® burner. In the oven, the AccuBake® temperature management system uses a sensor to monitor oven temperature to deliver consistent results, even on multiple racks. You can program the Delay Bake option to start cooking at a pre-set time, and the Precise Clean self-cleaning system eliminates the need for harsh cleansers while cleaning the oven on your schedule. - The Sabbath Mode allows tones, lights and error messages to be over-ridden. The oven will not automatically shut off after 12 hours and a set temperature can be maintained for extended periods of time. Only the 'start' and '0-9' key pads will operate.

- Disables the control panel to avoid unintended use or other changes to your cooking settings.
