Refrigerators and Freezers

All CAS Delivery Services Include

Floor runners and protective equipment to ensure your items are delivered with the utmost care and respect for your home.

When receiving your refrigerator and/or freezer, the delivery team will:

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging
• Remove the fridge door and reinstall it if required to bring the unit inside
• Place the item in the room and location of choice.
• Connect the refrigerator waterline to an existing waterline located behind the refrigerator
• Remove and re-attach handles and doors to complete delivery, as needed.
• Align the doors as required.
• Level the product as required.
• Disposal of delivery garbage.

For an additional charge, a door swing service may be available for purchase.

Large built-in refrigerators which require anti-tip bracket installation will not be unboxed.

Haul-Away / Appliance Relocation

Delivery Teams will only haul away units that are fully disconnected from all water, ventilation,  and electrical connections before the team's arrival.

At the customer's request, a unit may be relocated inside the customer's home 1-for-1 as long as there is no risk or property damage and the unit is unstacked, uninstalled, and ready to be moved.

• Haulaway units are 1-for-1 and must be the same size or smaller than the delivered appliance. 
• All haul-away units must not pose any health or biohazard risk.
• Haul-away unit(s) cannot be returned to you once removed.

CAS haulaway will not reschedule an appointment for any appliance move or removal that is not completed on the day of delivery.

Electric Ranges

When receiving your electric range, the delivery team will:

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging
• Place the item in the room and location of choice.
• Set electric burners in place.
• Installation of legs on Ranges (Except Blue Star)
• Level range as required.
• Plug in freestanding electric range (existing 220v outlet)
• Disposal of delivery packaging.

Washing Machines & Steam Washing Machines

All CAS Delivery Services Include;

Floor runners and protective equipment to ensure your items are delivered with the utmost care and respect for your home.

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging
• Place the item in the room of choice.
• Remove shipping bolts or rods once defrocked 
• Disposal of delivery garbage.

If the installation service is added, the service includes

• Leveling of Washer
• Standard Installation includes two (6’) new braided hoses.
• Standard drain hose installation

• Perform hose leak test
• Connect drain hose to the existing drain
• Stack new CAS laundry units if a compatible stacking kit is purchased and on site during delivery.
• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Blomberg and Bosch installations MUST only be done with the hoses that come with the appliance. 

Steam washers do not require Y Connectors. 

Services Not Provided.

• We cannot complete stacking any old appliance on any new appliance (including pedestals).

Gas Ranges

When receiving your gas range, the delivery team will:

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging
• Place the item in the room of choice.
• Disposal of delivery garbage.
• Leave grates and burners in packaging.
• Level range as required.
• Installation of legs on Ranges (Except Blue Star).

Drop-in ranges (cooking surface is wider than cabinet) requires custom installation.

Dishwashers

When receiving your dishwasher, the delivery team will:

• Place the dishwasher in the room of choice in the box.

CAS offers dishwasher installation for as low as $159,  Add products to cart to view services offered or contact sales.

As a note; Every dishwasher must pass quality checks, including running every single one with water before leaving the factory. 

If your new dishwasher has some water inside the tub or if there is water dripping from the drain hose, this is normal.

Electric Dryers

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging.
• Place the item in the room of choice.
• Disposal of delivery garbage.

If installation is added the delivery team will also:

• Installation includes a standard (5’) Aluminum foil dryer vent and two clamps .
• Connect dryer vent to dryer existing home ventilation system.
• Leveling of dryer.

• Plug in and perform power on test (existing 240v outlet).
• Stack new CAS laundry units if a compatible stacking kit is purchased and on site during delivery.
• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Steam Dryers require an additional Y Connector ($34.99 @CAS - W10623830) which must be added to the order prior to delivery.

• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Services Not Provided

• We cannot complete installation by connecting the Gas Dryer to a Gas line.

• We cannot reverse the dryer door

The delivery team will not stack units using old stacking kits or appliances. (including pedestals)

If the drying machine is to be delivered with no installation the team will only:

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging.
• Place the item in the room of choice.
• Disposal of delivery garbage.

If installation is purchased (Fee $15), the delivery team will also:

• Installation includes a standard (5’) Aluminum foil dryer vent and two clamps .
• Connect dryer vent to dryer existing home ventilation system.
• Leveling of dryer.

• Plug in and perform power on test (existing 220v outlet).
• Stack new CAS laundry units if a compatible stacking kit is purchased and on site during delivery.
• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Steam Electric Dryers require an additional Y Connector ($34.99 - Y Connector) which must be purchased prior to delivery. 

Services Not Provided

• The delivery team will not disconnect or unstack old units; old units must be disconnected in advance.

• We cannot complete stacking any old appliance on any new appliance (including pedestals).

Built-in Appliances
