Dacor

DHD-D0000IM

• Dacor® duct cover extension kit – genuine hood accessory designed to extend the decorative chimney/duct cover for compatible Dacor island hood installations.

• Graphite Stainless finish match – color-matched accessory intended to coordinate with Graphite Stainless hood finishes for a seamless, built-in look.

• Ceiling-height extension capability – helps accommodate taller ceiling installations by increasing the overall duct-cover/chimney coverage so exposed ducting is concealed.

• Compatible with select Dacor 990I Series island hoods – made to fit specific Dacor hood models that list DHD-D0000IM as the matching duct cover extension accessory.

• Two-piece cover set (upper + lower sections) – provides multiple cover panels that assemble together to create the extended chimney/duct cover.

• Adjustable mounting height support – includes structural supports intended to allow installers to set the duct cover height to suit the final hood mounting position.

• Single-fan and double-fan installation support parts – includes dedicated vertical support components intended to work with both single-motor and dual-motor hood configurations (where applicable to the compatible hood model).

• Inner structure reinforcement supports – includes internal bracing pieces designed to stabilize the extended duct-cover structure and reduce flex during/after installation.

• Installer hardware kit included – includes a large set of mounting screws to help secure supports and duct-cover panels during assembly.

• Torx tool adapter included – includes a Torx 20 adapter to help complete installation steps that require Torx fastening.

• Designed to conceal ducting and wiring – improves kitchen aesthetics by covering the vertical duct run and related connections above the hood canopy.

• Professional-install friendly design – intended to be installed by following the hood’s installation instructions and local code requirements for safe, correct fitment.

• Cut-to-fit flexibility (installer modification) – allows for professional trimming/modification when needed to fine-tune fit for certain ceiling heights or installation constraints.

• Secure fit over hood canopy connection points – designed so the lower duct cover aligns and seats properly at the hood canopy area for a finished appearance.

• Accessory-only purpose (not a ventilation upgrade) – extends the decorative duct cover/chimney height; it does not increase blower power or change airflow performance.

• Helps maintain a consistent “chimney” visual line – supports a clean vertical design from hood canopy to ceiling, especially in open-concept kitchens.

• Residential application accessory – intended for use with residential kitchen ventilation installations (not commercial hood systems).
