The upswept porcelain on steel cooktop features four coil elements for your cooking convenience. Each coil element is equipped with a drip bowl, keeping the cooking surface quick and easy to clean. To clean the drip bowls, remove the one-piece drip bowl and place it in the sink or dishwasher, while you clean the rest of the cooktop with a damp sponge.

As a safety bonus, the Frigidaire CFEF3012PW cooktop features a hot surface indicator. When an element is on or contains residual heat from your last cooking session, a little light illuminates to alert you the cooking surface is hot. Once the elements are off and free from residual heat, the indicator light will turn off automatically, letting you know the cooktop is safe to touch.
