This sophisticated Gallery Series electric range features an elegant black porcelain upswept smooth cooktop. For your cooking convenience, Frigidaire designed this powerful cooktop with two double-ring elements and a center rear warming zone. No matter what you are preparing, the Frigidaire CGEF3040PF has an element to meet your cooking needs.

The Frigidaire CGEF3040PF electric range features a super-size 5.7 cubic-foot capacity convection oven. This king-size oven is equipped with three oven racks and seven guide positions, so you can reconfigure the interior of your Frigidaire oven with ease. Frigidaire makes it possible for you to bake 6+ trays of cookies simultaneously, or roast a 25+ pound turkey like a pro.
 
The professional-style convection bake, roast, and broil makes it possible for you to receive the same even, consistent performance, regardless of where you position it in the cavity. This innovative cooking system works by circulating heated air throughout the oven cavity through the use of a fan in the rear of the oven. As the fan distributes the heated air evenly throughout the cavity, the walls, racks, door, and floor are heated as well, eliminating hot and cold spots. You will be in shock the first time you roast a succulent ham or turkey in the Frigidaire CGEF3040PF oven. Your food will be juicier, more flavor, and perfect every time.
 
To ensure even heating throughout the oven, Frigidaire combined the powerful convection system with Even-Baking technology. Even-Baking technology alternates the heat source between the 3,900-Watt broil element and then 3,500-Watt bake element. Through alternating the heat source, Frigidaire is ensuring heat being delivered from the bottom and the top, so the convection fan can distribute the heat efficiently.
