This Frigidaire induction range installs perfectly as a freestanding range or built-in unit. Its versatile four element induction range features a powerful 10-inch element with a power output up to 3,400-Watt heat output. Induction cooking does not operate through the use of tradition gas or electric fuel. Instead, it creates heat through the use of electromagnetic fields. The coils under the cooktop surface hold electromagnetic energy, when the appropriate cookware is used, the electromagnetic field is complete, heating the cookware directly. To activate the cooktop you should use either stainless steel or cast iron cookware.

To deliver even, uniform cooking results the True Convection oven uses a fan installed in the rear of the even to circulate heated air evenly throughout the oven cavity. By circulating the air continuously around the oven cavity, hot and cold spots are eliminated as every rack, wall, and even the door is heated.
To enhance your roasting and baking results Frigidaire included the advanced Effortless Temperature Probe and auto keep warm function. The temperature probe allows you to set the desired final cook temperature of your dish, and then alerts you when the food reaches the set temperature. Once your food reaches the preset temperature your oven will automatically hold your meat and casseroles at the desired temperature by activating the keep warm function for mouthwatering cooking results.
