The traditional GE GTMX180EDWW electric dryer is a great laundry companion for any home laundry room. This 27-inch dryer features a large 6.0 cubic-foot capacity drum, so you can dry my clothes in each load, saving you time and energy while doing your household’s laundry. GE gives you complete control over the drying performance and fabric care through the use of six drying cycles and four temperature settings. With this high-performance dryer, you can rest assured your clothes will come out completely dry each and every time you use your electric GE dryer.
This 27-inch electric dryer pairs perfectly with the GE GTAP1800DWW top load washing machine. The GE GTMX180EDWW features a 6.0 cubic-foot capacity DuraDrum, preventing your clothes from being snagged or discolored during the dry cycle.
You can install this dryer where ever it is most convenient in your laundry area thanks to a reversible door. The reversible door can open to the right or left, making it possible for you to install this unit near the wall without impairing your ability to access your clothes.
GE gives you completely control over the dryer performance through the use of six drying cycles and four temperature settings. They drying cycles include cotton, more dry, optimum dry, less dry, perma press, and cool down. You are also offered the option of a timed dry with up to 80 minutes of drying time on a cycle. To enhance your laundry experience even further, this dryer features an auto dry function.
The auto dry function uses built-in sensors to monitor the moisture level in the dryer drum, and make real-time adjustments to the dry cycle. This means when the sensor detect your clothes are completely dry; the dryer will automatically turn off to prevent over-drying from damaging or shrinking your clothes.
For easy ventilation, this unit offers up to 90 feet of venting capability. So you can be sure your dryer sends the exhaust fumes outside of your home so you and your family can breathe easy.
GE designed the GTMS180EDWW with Quick-By-Design package, so you can wash and dry your clothes at any time of the day or night. This quiet package keeps the dryer operations at a whisper-quiet decibel level so it will not wake your family even when it is installed in the laundry room on a the second floor near the bedrooms.
For your convenience, the GTMX180EDWW is equipped with an up-front removable lint filter. This up-front lint filter gives you quick and easy access to the lint trap, allowing you to clean it in between uses for optimal drying results.
