The slide-in installation of the GE PC2S910SEFSS dual fuel range features a heavy-duty stainless steel gas cooktop with five sealed burners and black cast iron continuous grates. The sealed burners are covered with porcelain caps, preventing food and spills from clogging the burner elements. For your convenience, the continuous grates allow you to slide heavy pots and pans from one burner to another without lifting.

The cooktop setup includes:

• Two Power Boil™ burners with 17,000 BTU heat output
• One Precise Simmer burner with 5,00 BTU heat output
• One all-purpose burner with 9,500/850 BTU heat output
• One center oval burner with 6,000 BTU heat output

The Power Boil™ burners allow you to achieve high-heat temperatures for rapid boiling, flash frying, and stir-frying. GE’s precision simmer burner allows you to achieve the perfect simmer, with precision heat control over low heat outputs.

The convenient fifth element, the center oval burner, is designed to accommodate large or awkward shaped cookware. As a bonus, this burner features an interchangeable center grate, so you insert the included griddle accessory.

The GE PC2S910SEFSS features a 5.3 cubic foot True European Convection oven and 1.0 cubic food baking drawer. GE helps you maximize every inch of usable baking space with the use of three heavy-duty self-clean oven racks, and a hidden bake element.

GE’s True European Convection system delivers consistent, uniform baking results through the use of a fan installed in the rear of the oven. The fan circulates heated air throughout the oven cavity, thoroughly heating each rack, wall, the oven floor, and door to eliminate hot and cold spots. This unique bow-tie shaped fan ensures air reaches your food, no matter where you place it in the oven cavity.

The True European Convection system works in combination with the True Temp™ temperature management system, in order to ensure even heating. How does this work exactly? Your GE oven will alternate the heat source between the bake element and broil element to deliver heat from the top and bottom at predetermined intervals.

The baking drawer offers a secondary oven cavity, ideal for baking small items like biscuits or cookies while simultaneously roasting or baking in the primary oven cavity. For your convenience, this drawer may also be used as a warming drawer to keep foods warm until a meal is served, or as a storage drawer when it is not in use.
