The cutting-edge design of the stunning GE PCGS910SEFSS freestanding gas convection range is the eye-catching addition to your kitchen that adds style, function, and versatility. This high-performance range features a large 6.4 cubic-foot total capacity between the upper and lower ovens, and five sealed burners. You will be blown away by the baking, roasting, and cooking power of the True European convection oven as it delivers better looking, juicier results with every use.
The sleek stainless steel gas cooktop of the GE PCGS910SEFSS gas range features five sealed burners with continuous grates. GE’s sealed burners cover each burner with a porcelain cap, preventing spillovers and messes from clogging the elements, and altering the effects of your cooktop.
The continuous grates allow you to slide pots and pans from one burner to another, without having to lift a heavy pot or pan. By sliding heavy cookware from one burner to another, you can prevent accident spills and burns from occurring accidentally.
To enhancing you cooking flexibility and functionality, this powerful gas cooktop features one all-purpose dual-flame burner with 850/9,500 BTU output, a center oval with 6,000 BTU output, one precise simmer burner with 5,000 BTU heat output, and two Power Boil™ burners with powerful 17,000 BTU heat output. The Power Boil™ burners are perfect for all of your cooking needs, its precision heat settings and wide heat range allows you to execute everything from a gentle simmer to a rapid boil.
For all of your baking, roasting, and broiling needs, this GE feature a 6.4 cubic-foot total oven capacity between the upper and lower ovens. The upper, main oven offers a large 5.4 cubic-foot capacity True European Convection oven, with rear installed fan to circulate the heated air evenly. Its lower oven offers a small 1.0 cubic-foot capacity making it perfect for holding dishes warm until the rest of the meal is ready to serve, or baking small items such as biscuits.
The main oven cavity is equipped with three heavy-duty oven racks, and several rack guides, giving you the ability to customize the interior configuration of your GE oven to meet your needs. This means if you want to bake six to seven trays of chocolate chip cookies at the same time you can, or re-arrange the oven racks to accommodate a large 20+ pound turkey.
GE maximizes the amount of usable oven space provided to you with a hidden bake element. This bake element is concealed below the oven cavity floor, so you have even more room to squeeze one last tray of cookies. The True European convection system works hard to ensure food items placed on the bottom of the oven cavity receive the same superior cooking results as the foods placed on the racks.
When you finished using your oven cavity, do not reach for the harsh oven cleaning chemicals. Simply turn on the self-cleaning function and allow GE to do the work for you. With no fuss or mess the GE PCGS901SEFSS will turn baked on messes, and spill-overs into ash using a high-heat self-cleaning cycle.
