The sleek Jenn-Air JGS8850CDS feature a 4.5 cubic foot capacity oven with MultiMode® convection system and convection element. This oven features three heavy-duty self-clean oven rack with five rack positions, giving you the ability to reconfigure the interior setup of the oven. By reconfiguring the interior setup on oven, you can cook multiple dishes simultaneously or accommodate large roasts with ease.

Jenn-Air’s innovative MultiMode® convection system with convection element features a convection fan designed to circulate air throughout the oven cavity. By distributing air evenly over, under, and around the food to deliver even, consistent baking results. Your roasts, cookies, pies, and other foods will turn out perfect with every use.

Convection cooking cooks foods faster at a lower temperature, sealing in flavor and texture. If you are not familiar with convection cooking, do not worry. Jenn-Air equipped this oven with an auto convection conversion to make convection cooking easy. Simply enter the conventional cook temperature and time, and this range will automatically convert it to appropriate convection cook time and temperature.

As a bonus, the Jenn-Air JGS8850CDS offers a warming drawer with present temperature settings. This warming drawer is located below the oven and offers preset temperatures to keep cooking food warm until you are ready to serve. You can also use the warming drawer to warm bread or plates that are going to accompany the meal.

The cooktop features four sealed burners with continuous grates and an EvenThree™ burner. This powerful burner can achieve heat output ranging from a low 850 BTU to a high 15,000 BTU, making it perfect for a variety of cooking techniques ranging from searing to simmering. For additional power, this cooktop offers a high-heat PowerBurner, ideal for searing and flash frying.

For safety and convenience, this cooktop feature electronic ignition and Flame-Sense re-ignition. The electronic ignition uses a small spark to light the burner instead of a pilot light. In the even a draft would blow out the flame, the Flame-Sense re-ignition will automatically relight the burners, preventing gas from seeping into the kitchen air.
