This Range Ductless Downdraft Vent Kit, Stainless Steel can be used when venting your range when the outside is either not possible or not desirable in the kitchen. This kit contains a filter housing that attaches to the blower under the unit; the filter cleans the air before it re-enters the home. Check to see if your cooktop s model number is compatible. Size: 29.8"L x 0.7"W x 6.3"H. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools and novice repair experience. Remember to turn off the appropriate circuit breaker before installing this part. Helpful Tip: For optimum performance of your vent, change the filter every 6 months or when a loss of airflow can be detected.
