A complete set of kitchen knives in a 7-slot beech wood block: chef's knife (8" blade), carving knife (8" blade), bread knife (8" blade), paring knife (4œ" blade), vegetable knife (3" blade), 9" honing steel, and kitchen shears. The precision forged blade, bolster, and tang are married to the incredibly durable Hostaform-C handle, triple-riveted to the fully-visible tang.
