The gas cooktop features five sealed gas burners including a 16,000 BTU PowerBurner that is ideal for gourmet cooking techniques such as blackening and caramelizing. A 5,000 BTU simmer burner provides additional precision at low temperatures and reduces to 650 BTUs. The self-cleaning oven features MultiMode® convection with the convenience of Auto Convection Conversion.
