Common Carrier Ground Delivery (7-14 Days):
Ground Delivery is basic shipping service. The product will be shipped out via UPS, USPS, DHL or Fedex. For oversized products, this service will provide you with a Curbside delivery. If you require the product to be brought to your door, please refer to trucking delivery. This service is not available in some remote locations.
Trucking Delivery (7-14 Days):
Trucking Delivery is a good option for your oversized package. Trucking Delivery is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included. Check your delivery upon arrival. If there is any noticeable damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the airway bill. Call us immediately to report any damage. With Trucking Delivery, you can expect:
- - Transportation directly from our warehouse to your location
- - Courteousy call 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery
- - Equipment to safely lower Product from the truck to the ground
- - Comprehensive Physical Inspection Form
- - Delivery of product placed just inside your preferred entrance
This service is not available in some remote locations.
In-Home Delivery (7-14 Days):
In-Home Delivery is a good option for your oversized package. In-Home Delivery is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery through the threshold of your front door or garage and no steps are included. Check your delivery upon arrival. If there is any noticeable damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the airway bill. Call us immediately to report any damage. With Trucking Delivery, you can expect:
- - Transportation directly from our warehouse to your location
- - Courteousy call 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery
- - Equipment to safely lower Product from the truck to the ground
- - Comprehensive Physical Inspection Form
- - Delivery of product placed just inside your preferred entrance

White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days): White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $25 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately. With White Glove Service, you can expect:
- - Transportation directly from our warehouse to your location
- - Courteousy call 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery
- - Equipment to safely lower Product from the truck to the ground
- - Comprehensive Physical Inspection Form
- - Position of the item in the home according to homeowner's specifications
- - Removal of product from Packing Materials
- - Connection to Power Source
- - Removal of packaging, subject to your request
- - Leave your location free of damages

3 Days Trucking Delivery (3-5 Days):
3 Days Trucking Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive between 3 and 5 days from the date shipped. It is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to your front door or garage and no steps are included Choose this option if you need your oversized package within a certain time period.
The Following Shipping Methods only available for products under 75 lbs.:
3 Days Delivery (3-5 Days):
3 Days Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive between 3 and 5 days from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
2nd Day Delivery (2 Days):
2nd Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the 2nd day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
Next Day Delivery (1 Day):
Next Day Delivery guarantees that your package will arrive on the 2nd day from the date shipped. Choose this option if you need your package within a certain time period.
Store Pickup:
Avoid paying for shipping. Come down to our Retail Store and pick up your order. Call ahead to ensure your order will be ready when you reach the store. Store Hours and Directions can be found at the bottom of this page.

In Stock:
If an item is currently in stock in our warehouse, it will be marked with the words "In-Stock". These products will ship once your order is processed (usually within 24 hours).
Available:
Items that are currently in-transit to our warehouse, are currently in-stock at a drop-ship vendor’s, or manufacturer's warehouse will be marked as "Available". These products will ship once your order is processed (usually within 24-48 business hours). For any exceptions to this timeframe, an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for your order will be emailed with accurate shipping dates in order to ensure that you are always updated and informed as to when your order will arrive at its final destination.
Temporarily Out of Stock:
The product is not available for shipping from our warehouse. We have contacted the manufacturer and expect shipment to our warehouse within 48-72 Hours. It will then take a few more days to be delivered to you, depending on the way you requested it to be shipped.
Back Ordered:
The product is not available for shipping from our warehouse. We have contacted the manufacturer and expect shipment to our warehouse within 7-14 days. It will then take a few more days to get delivered to you, depending on the way you requested it to be shipped.
Pre-Order:
This is a new product on our site. It has yet to arrive in our warehouse from the manufacturer. When you order a product with this stock status, you will be contacted by our customer service department via e-mail or phone with an estimate of how long it will take.
4-5 Days Processing Time: Some items that come directly from the manufacturer require additional processing time. Most of the time, process takes between 24-48 Hours, but items marked with this designation can take up to 5 Business Days to process.
Special Order:
The product is not available for shipping from our warehouse. We will special order this from the manufacturer once your order is placed and the order cannot be cancelled nor returned once the item is allocated. When the product arrives in our warehouse, it will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt. Est. arrival is 2-4 weeks (subject to availability). You will be contacted via email with a status on the item within 3 Business Days. A confirmation e-mail will be forwarded to you within 24 hours of the product being sent.
Please note:
- Stock status can change by the minute. The status of all products is subject to change without notice.
- If an item has been on back order for an extended amount of time, you will be notified via e-mail. In this case, you will have the option to wait for the product or consult with one of our sales representatives to find you a matching or similar product, at your request.
- Your credit card is charged when your order is finalized. Special Ordered Items are charged once your order is placed.

What exactly is an Extended Service Plan?
An extended service plan is generally an extension of your original manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers warranty their products to be free from defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty virtually guarantees you that if your newly purchased product fails, the manufacturer will protect you from the high costs of replacement parts and labor necessary to repair your product. Extended service plans lengthen your product's coverage for up to an additional 60 months (5 years) to insure you get years of performance satisfaction from your newly purchased product.
How is this different than the manufacturer's warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a limited time, with parts and labor carrying separate lengths of coverage. For example, a common manufacturer warranty of a product might cover a consumer for one full year on parts defects but only 90 days on the high cost of labor involved to change those parts. Extended service plans provide comprehensive, long term, even length coverage. This means that should your product fail within your plans coverage time frame, both parts and labor costs are covered.
How do I buy an Extended Service Plan?

Can I renew my Consumer Priority Service extended service plan?
Yes, service plans are renewable and must be submitted 30 days prior to the original plans expiration. Please contact a sales representative to discuss your renewal options.
What should I do if I need extended service?
Our extended service providers offer an easy to use interactive form online which you may use to request that they initiate a claim on your product. Your other alternative is to call the toll-free number on your extended warranty card or email and have a qualified representative make this request for you with the information you will provide. We believe that our claim initiation request process is the absolute best our industry has to offer. It is designed for simplicity and speed.
Who will perform the service on my product?
Our company works with over 11,000 authorized service professionals. Each technician is extensively trained by the respective manufacturers to provide service on your products. Authorized technicians must complete annual and bi-annual continued education exams in addition to being well versed in manufacturer supplied update bulletins to ensure their level of expertise is as current as the new products which come to market. We urge our customers to provide feedback regarding their experiences which we later use to insure that the level of service we are expected to provide is exactly the level of service you receive.
May I transfer my extended service plan to another person?
Our service plans are 100% transferable. If you would like transfer ownership of the covered product along with its coverage, we require that the request be supplied in writing. For assistance please contact a Representative. Please have all of the new owner's information at hand when requesting a transfer.
Will I have to pay a deductible or any other "hidden costs"?
Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount of the premium charged. In order to have a lower deductible, even as low as $0, the plan holder would generally have to agree to a higher premium. For those who want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible. Our extended service plans carry a $0.00 deductible along with low premiums. This means that with an extended service plan there are no high upfront costs and they are committed to cover 100% parts and labor costs on any authorized claim.
