The JennAir®JEC4430KB electric radiant cooktop brings professional‑level performance and dramatic style to a 30‑inch cooking surface, making it an ideal upgrade for serious home chefs who want both power and precision. Its sleek Oblivion™ Glass Design in deep black ceramic glass creates a seamless, modern look that visually disappears into your countertop when not in use, yet instantly becomes the focal point of your kitchen when the elements ignite. At approximately 30 inches wide, this cooktop is thoughtfully sized to fit most standard cutouts while still delivering the capacity of four high‑performance radiant elements, including specialized zones for everything from rapid boiling to delicate simmering.
What truly sets the JEC4430KB apart is its combination of power and control. The 12"/9"/6" Triple‑Choice™ element is one of the most powerful radiant elements available in its class, reaching up to 4,500 watts to bring large pots of water to a boil quickly, yet it can also be dialed down to gently melt chocolate or hold sauces at a low heat. Complementing this is a 10"/6" Dual‑Choice™ Rapid Boil element that offers up to 3,200 watts, giving you the flexibility to match the heating surface to your cookware while cutting down on preheat times. Additional 6" single elements, including a 1,300‑watt zone ideal for small pans, round out a layout designed to handle everything from weeknight meals to multi‑course entertaining.
The cooktop’s signature Emotive Controls elevate everyday cooking with intuitive, touch‑sensitive controls and crisp white LED indicators that respond instantly to your touch, making it easy to see which elements are active and at what level. Safety and convenience are built in with hot surface indicators, a Control Lock function to help prevent unintended use, and a Cooktop Power Off feature that lets you shut down all elements at once. Versatile installation options allow the JEC4430KB to be installed true‑flush or semi‑flush above compatible single wall ovens, including island or peninsula applications, giving designers and homeowners the freedom to create a clean, integrated cooking zone without sacrificing performance. With its blend of striking aesthetics, industry‑leading radiant power, and finely tuned control, the JennAir® JEC4430KB cooktop is engineered for those who expect more from every meal.
