  • takes the guesswork out of choosing heat settings for three warming drawer functions: Food Warming, Slow Cook and Bread Proof. Use the control knob to quickly and easily select from defined temperature ranges for each function.

  • adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.
