When cleaning the surface, make a point to avoid abrasive cleaning material and rough sponges. Using abrasive cleaning materials may result in scratches.

The Express-Select® controls allow you to change the heat from warm to boil quickly with the use of the heavy-duty stainless steel knobs. These beautiful knobs allow you to select the ideal heat level, ranging from a gentle simmer to a rapid boil.

As a safety bonus, this cooktop features hot surface indicators for each element. When an element is turned on, a red light will turn on to indicate which element is hot. This light will remain on until the element is turned off and is cleared of residual heat. Once the cooking surface has cooled and is safe to touch, the red indicator light will shut off automatically.
