Bosch took convenience to a whole different level with the HEI7282C. Controlling the oven is as easy as 1-2-3 with the Touch & Turn electronic oven control with 8 cooking modes. Once you set the oven, the temperature probe with automatic shut off take over to ensure the proper temperature is maintained.
 
Now when one food item is done before the rest of the meal, you no longer have a problem! This convection oven has an integrated warming drawer at the bottom of the oven. The innovative drawer is equipped with 3 electronically controlled temperature settings ranging from 140°F to 220°F, and 1.3 cubic-foot capacity.

This means the floor of the oven cavity hides an 8-pass bake element, offering more usable oven space.
