Its flexible installation makes it possible for you to install this 30-inch True Convection where works best. With a 5.0 cubic-foot total capacity, you can prepare large, mouthwatering family feasts that please the entire crowd. This top-performing double wall oven lets you look like a master chef with style.
 
The modern design of this built-in stainless steel double wall oven features a premium frameless door design creates an upscale seamless appearance. Its smooth, clean design look incredible whether you install this unit as a double wall oven or a side-by-side under the cabinet double wall oven.
 
This oven features a 2.2 cubic-foot capacity upper oven cavity with two heavy-duty oven racks. The larger lower oven offers a 3.8 cubic-foot capacity with three embossed heavy-duty racks. Whether you are using the top or bottom oven, you can cook multiple dishes at the same time. You can take advantage of the two separate oven cavity when you need to prepare two dishes at the different temperature simultaneously!
 
Both the top and bottom oven cavity features True European Convection and precision to provide you with incredible cooking results. The True Convection oven uses a flat convection system to distribute heated air evenly throughout the oven cavity, thoroughly heating the walls, racks, and all the air in between. This innovative convection system eliminates hot and cold spots, so you can achieve even uniform baking, roasting, and broiling results every time you use your GE oven.
 
Just in case you are not familiar with convection cooling, the lower oven offers auto recipe conversion. This recipe conversion system takes the conventional cook time and temperature and converts it to the appropriate convection time and temperature. Convection cooking uses a lower temperature and reduces cook time to seal in flavor, texture, and moisture, so your foods are just as succulent as a fine dining restaurant.
 
To make programming and controlling your double wall oven quick and easy, this GE Profile unit features an electronic glass-touch electronic control panel. This ultra-responsive control panel allows you set program your ovens with a couple quit pushes of a button. For those times when you need leave the kitchen unintended, this oven offers a control lock function to prevent the temperature from being changed without or knowledge, or stopping the ovens from being turned on without you knowing.
 
The lower offer offers a convenience temperature probe to ensure your meats and casserole dishes reach the perfect internal temperature. With this temperature probe, you can monitor your foods closely without ever opening the oven door!
 
You can even use the lower oven as a warming drawer with the warm hold function. Now when a dish or two is finished before the rest of the meal, you can slide it into the lower oven cavity to keep it warm until the rest of the food is finished.
