To take your cooking, baking, and roasting convenience a step further, the Whirlpool YGY399LXUS features an impressive 4.5 cubic foot capacity oven cavity. Whirlpool allows you to reconfigure the interior setup of your oven cavity with three oven racks and five rack guides.

Seal in flavor and juices, while cutting your roasting time by a fraction of the time with the TimeSavor™ Plus true convection system. This system uses a fan installed in the rear of the oven, and a third heating element in the back of oven cavity to circulate heated air throughout the oven cavity. As the air circulates throughout the oven, it is pushed over, under, and around foods helping reduce cook time while simultaneously delivering even heating.

With the advance AccuBake® temperature management system, you can rest assured your foods will not be ruined by uneven baking results. Built-in sensors monitor the oven temperature constantly during the cook time, ensuring the oven delivers and maintains even, uniform heating results. When the built-in sensors detect a change in the temperature, the oven automatically activates the heating elements to maintain the appropriate internal temperature.

When it comes to cleaning your oven, Whirlpool’s Streamlined Technology makes clean up as simple as 1-2-3. Toss your harsh old cleaners, messy sprays, and foaming degreaser. This self-clean function uses high-heat temperatures to reduce spillovers and food particles to ash. When the two-hours, or four-hour cleaning cycle is finished, grab a damp sponge to wipe the surface clean. You will never waste valuable time scrubbing with harsh, smelly chemicals again.

• Self-Cleaning System - Automatically cleans the oven according to a preprogrammed cycle. No harsh chemicals or cleaners are required.  
• Adjustable Split Rack -  Provides increased flexibility in the oven. Remove the rack insert to make room for large items like a turkey, or attach it to make a full rack. The insert can also be used on the counter as a cooling rack.
