This king-size capacity dryer provides six drying cycles, and four temperature settings, allowing you to select the best cycle to thoroughly dry the load of laundry. Plus, this Whirlpool dryer features the innovative AccelerCare Sensor Drying Technology, to help ensure a faster, more thorough dry every time you use your dryer.

The Whirlpool YWED9050XW 27-inch front load electric washer, offers a 6.7 cubic-foot capacity drum. That means you easily fit up to 9 pounds of laundry into this Whirlpool, which is approximately 10 pairs of jeans in a single load!

To allow for easy programming of the YWED9050XW, Whirlpool included an electronic control panel on this dryer. This advanced electronic control panel allows you to choose from the six drying cycles Its six drying cycles include: Heavy Duty, Normal, Timed Dry (60 minutes), Quick Dry, and more.

The heavy-duty cycle extends the drying cycle, ensuring every article of clothing is dried completely. This cycle is ideal for larger loads, and loads containing thick or heavy articles, such as comforters or bath towels.

The normal dry cycle is ideal for average loads of laundry.

The timed dry cycle, allows you to customize the length of your drying cycle, up to 60 minutes long.

This dryer even offers the ability to select from four temperature settings.

When the YWED9050XW completes a drying cycle, it alerts you with the end of cycle signal. The addition of the end of cycle signal prevents you from having to get up and check the dryer repeated until the cycle is completed.

Whirlpool equipped this high-performance, innovative dryer with the AccelerCare Drying Technology. This advanced drying technology uses a built-in sensor to monitor the moisture left in the drum of the YWED9050XW. The sensor adjusts the drying cycle according to prevent under-drying or over-drying of the load.
