The KitchenAid KEMS309BSP 30-inch KEMS309BSP microwave wall oven provides a space saving appliance with outstanding results. Its large 5.0 cubic-foot capacity cavity uses advanced Even-Heat Technology to provide you with superior convection baking results. Plus, the top portion of this wall oven unit offers a convenient, easy-to-use microwave oven.
 
The 5.0 cubic-foot capacity electric oven of the KitchenAid KEMS309BSP combination wall oven unit, delivers the most even bake among leading premium brand wall ovens. It offers three adjustable oven racks, including a SatinGlide roll-out extension rack, for flexible baking, roasting, and broiling possibilities. Fitting a large turkey or ham is not problem in this KitchenAid oven with roll-out SatinGlide extension rack.
 
This advanced appliance features Even-Heat Technology to deliver uniform baking and roasting results without having to rotate pans or baking stones. Even-Heat Technology uses the convection fan in the rear of the oven to evenly distributed heated air through the unique bow tie shaped oven cavity, to eliminate hot and cold spots. With this innovative cooking technology, you are guaranteed even cooking results with every use.
 
To simplify convection baking, this KitchenAid offers the EasyConvect conversion system. The EasyConvect conversion system allows you to enter the conventional temperature and time into the control panel, and then converts it the proper convection temperature and time. Convection bake uses a lower temperature to cook foods at a faster speed, sealing in flavor and enhancing texture.
 
The oven also features a CleanBake Hidden Element is concealed under the oven cavity floor. This hidden bake element promotes more balanced heating and easy cleaning.
 
As a bonus, this oven features a self-clean function. The self-cleaning system offers a soil level and time selection settings; it even offers an energy saving light cycle setting.
 
The upper unit of this combination wall oven features a 1.4 cubic-foot capacity microwave oven. This innovative microwave oven features convection cooking to increase the speed of cooking, while offering a second convection oven. In addition to convection cooking, this microwave also offers a custom defrost function, a custom reheat function, popcorn function, and add a minute.
 
In addition to these convenient functions, the upper oven also offers an upper oven grill rack and steam container. The grill rack offers another option for searing a steak, or cooking the last pork chop. Its steam container is an easy way to cook steamed vegetables to perfection, pleasing even the pickiest of eaters.
