Its ClearTouch electronic oven controls, ceramic-glass cooktop, low profile grates, and metal finish knobs add a hint of sophistication while offering convenience and flexibility that is second to none! The ClearTouch electronic oven controls are beautifully set in the stainless steel, and then covered with glass. By covering the controls with glass, Bosch is ensuring that the oven controls will never fade, and remain beautiful for years to comes.
 
Bosch gives you the ultimate culinary flexibility on the ceramic glass cooktop with the PowerSlim, OptiSlim, and continuous grates. The PowerSlim feature offers quick heating with a large flame or gentle simmer with a diffuser cap. You will find this feature on the largest burner, it uses a diffuser cap to output a large flame up to 18,000 BTU on the cooktops, and 16,000 BTU on the Bosch ranges, or you can set it gently simmer your pot.
 
The OptiSlim feature provides you with the ability to simmer delicate sauces without scorching or burning them. This Bosch burner uses low BTUs to evenly heat the bottom of your pan, making it easy for you heat delicate sauces or melt chocolate without scorching anything.
 
You will love the easy to clean, low profile continuous grates. These grates make moving pots and pans around the stove top a breeze!
