The ClearTouch electronic oven controls, make programming and controlling oven's nine preset cooking modes (bake, broil, convection bake, convection broil, convection roast, dehydrate, and keep warm) as simple as a push of a button. This ClearTouch control panel is made of the highest-quality materials, and then covered in glass, to ensure it never fades. Your elegant ClearTouch control panel maintain its beautiful appearance for years to come.
 
You will be amazed by the genuine European convection with Advanced Circulation System (ACS), as is reduces your oven cook time by up to 30 percent, and promotes more even cooking. The system works by optimizing heat circulation by using a powerful third heating element that surrounds the convection fan, circulating preheated air throughout the oven cavity. This works well in combination with the true hidden bake element. The true hidden bake element is an 8-pass bake element hidden under the oven floor. With the true hidden bake element lying underneath, the Bosch HEI7052C offers you even more usable oven space. If that was not enough cooking convenience, the easy to clean glass ceramic cooktop offers the use of a bridge element. The bridge element connects two burners, forming an elongated cooking surface perfect for oval-shaped cookware. Take advantage of the innovate UltraSpeed ribbon element; this element heats in just 3-5 seconds! Talk about having the ultimate cooking flexibility right on your very own cooktop!
