The BoschNGMP659UC 36" gas cooktop brings professional‑level control and refinement to your kitchen in a sleek stainless‑steel design that’s made for serious everyday cooking. With a generous 37" cooking width and five sealed burners thoughtfully arranged across continuous cast‑iron grates, it easily accommodates everything from oversized stockpots to multiple sauté pans at once, letting you cook a full meal without feeling crowded. At the heart of this cooktop is FlameSelect® technology, a standout feature that sets it apart from many traditional gas models. Instead of guessing at flame height, you get nine clearly defined power levels, so you can repeat your favorite recipes with confidence, move precisely from a gentle melt to a rolling boil, and enjoy consistent, even results every time. For delicate tasks, the dedicated OptiSim® burner offers an extra‑wide, thicker cap that diffuses heat more evenly across the bottom of your pan, minimizing hot spots and making it ideal for silky sauces, custards, and chocolate that needs careful, low‑temperature attention. When you need serious power, the central Dual‑Flame Power Burner delivers two concentric rings of flame that transition effortlessly from low simmer to intense high heat, giving you the flexibility to sear steaks, rapidly boil water, or handle wok cooking on the same burner without moving your cookware. Everyday usability is enhanced by heavy‑duty continuous cast‑iron grates that allow you to slide pots and pans smoothly from burner to burner, front‑mounted metal knobs that keep controls within easy reach, and a low‑profile surface that looks built‑in and modern while helping contain spills. Cleanup is simplified with dishwasher‑safe grates and a sealed burner design that keeps drips on the surface instead of disappearing into hard‑to‑reach areas. Thoughtful engineering, from the precise gas valves to the robust stainless‑steel finish, makes the BoschNGMP659UC an excellent choice for home cooks who want the tactile responsiveness of gas paired with the kind of repeatable precision and convenience usually associated with premium professional appliances.
