The Bosch™ NIT5665UC Cooktop features touch controls for ease of use along with 17 setting using PreciseSelect. In addition, this cooktop includes an 11 inch heating element with 4,400 watts of cooking power, the most powerful induction element in its class. The speed boost gets your sauces and soups heated quickly as well as boiling water twice as fast, and the two-level heat indicator keeps you apprised of just how hot your food is at any time. There is a countdown timer for each element of the Bosch™ NIT5665UC Cooktop to allow you to cook precisely timed items as overflow detection, which sounds and alarm and shuts off the burner to keep those messes under control. 
 
 
The Anti-Overheat system helps you to safely avoid the burns that can be associated with overheating or the ruined food that can be caused by scorching, by shutting off the cooktop if the temperature exceeds a set value. A child lock prevents the cooktop of the Bosch™ NIT5665UC Cooktop from accidentally being turned on as well. And PotSense automatically adjusts the cooking element to the size of the pan bottom. And all of this comes in a sleek package with front and back stainless steel for a premium and professional look.
