Technical features

The ultra-thin 23/4" Glide brings a sleek understated look to modern kitchens that desire minimalism. The crescent shape profile is uncommon and attractive, while the retractable, curved glass visor helps capture cooking vapors, and empowers the user to operate the blower and lights without reaching for the controls. Glide comes equipped with a 400 CFM blower, plus reliable electronic push button controls, 2 LED lights and the 4-speed blower. Easy maintenance and a cleaner kitchen are ensured by a dishwasher safe, stainless steel microhole filter. Glide is designed for standard ducted installations, but can also be installed as a recirculating system.

  • Long Life Filter
  • To ensure the best performance and long-term duration of your hood, the traditional filters must be replaced every 3-6 months. To simplify the maintenance operations, Elica has designed the innovative, regenerable Long Life odour filter which lasts up to three years. Just wash it with hot water and neutral soap or in the dishwasher at 65° and dry it in the oven at 100° for ten minutes every two months to keeping it looking good as new. The level of efficiency is about 60%.

  • The Dimmer allows you to adjust the brightness of the light as you wish. With Elica, lighting is customized in a discreet, personal and practical way, in order to contribute in creating the perfect kitchen atmosphere.
