The cooking surface has eight sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU - one of which is a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can reach a precise simmer of 1,000 BTU. Cast iron grates ensure stability over the cooktop, making spills easy to clean. This range features double gas ovens with a combined 6.58 cu. ft. capacity and 44,000 BTU, set in durable black enamel interiors for easy upkeep and clear visibility through a three-layer glass door. The 4.32 cu. ft. main oven includes a convection fan for efficient, multi-level cooking. Zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings are built to stay beautiful for years, adding a touch of lasting elegance to your kitchen. Four electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit are included.
