Bring professional-style precision to your kitchen with the VikingRVEC3365BSB electric cooktop, a premium built-in surface designed for serious everyday cooking and elevated entertaining. With a generous 36-inch width, this cooktop gives you the room to spread out multiple pans at once while maintaining a clean, integrated look that complements modern and classic kitchens alike. At the center of the experience is a sleek, wear-resistant glass-ceramic surface that’s engineered to stand up to daily use while making wipe-downs refreshingly simple—perfect for busy households that still want a showroom-worthy finish after every meal. What truly sets this model apart from many standard electric cooktops is its QuickCook™ surface element technology, which uses advanced ribbon-style elements to reach full power in about three seconds, helping you move from prep to sear, sauté, or boil with noticeably less waiting. Another standout advantage is its high infrared transmission design, created to deliver fast, responsive cooking performance regardless of the cookware you prefer, so you can confidently switch between different pots and pans without sacrificing speed. Control is equally refined: the cooktop features durable, removable metal die-cast knobs with a push-to-turn safety design, offering a more substantial, professional feel than typical touch controls while also supporting easier cleanup around the control area. For added peace of mind, hot surface indicator lights remain illuminated until the cooking area cools to a safer temperature, helping reduce accidental contact after cooking. With five radiant elements and a thoughtfully balanced layout, the VikingRVEC3365BSB is built to handle everything from quick weeknight pasta to multi-pan brunches, delivering the power, responsiveness, and premium control that discerning cooks expect from a high-end appliance.
