The built-in design of this Bosch double wall oven allows this appliance to install flush with your current cabinetry. This flush to cabinet installation adds a flair of elegance and sophistication to your kitchen, while providing you with the ultimate cooking, baking, and roasting flexibility and versatility.
 
With a total oven capacity of 4.7 cubic-feet, there is no meal this Bosch cannot handle. The top recessed broil element sits safely out of reach, keeping your fingers and hands from being burned accidentally. On the bottom of the oven cavities, you will find hidden bake element, offering more usable oven space that keeps the bake element and free from spillovers.
 
To help you customize the interior configuration of your wall oven, both the upper and lower cavity offer several adjustable oven racks. So you can set up the interior of the oven to cook multiple casserole dishes simultaneously, or a large roast in the oven with your side dishes in the second oven cavity. You can choose to set both ovens at the same temperature to cook, bake, roast, or broil more food at the same time, or set them at different temperature to prepare two separate dishes simultaneously.
 
The Bosch HBL3550UC double wall oven offers ten different cooking modes for convenient, everyday cooking. For the ultimate cooking flexibility the upper oven features convection bake, roast, and broil, while the lower oven features thermal cooking. Having a variety of baking, roasting, and cooking options available at your fingertips makes meal preparation fun and easy.
 
For quick and easy programming of both the upper and lower oven cavities, the Bosch HBL3550UC features clean touch controls. This responsive control panel relays your desired oven settings immediately, so the oven or ovens can heat quickly.
 
This Bosch is equipped with an extra-large oven door window, making it easy for you check the progress of your food without opening the oven door. By keeping the oven door closed during the entire cooking time, you help promote even heating, and uniform baking, roasting, and broiling results with every use.
 
Clean-up is a breeze with the eco-clean function. This 2-hour self-clean cycle allow you to clean your oven without the use of harsh chemicals, and hours of scrubbing on your hands and knees. As this energy-efficient cycle cleans your oven, it does by with the shortest period possible to deliver outstanding cleaning results. When the cycle ends, you just need to wipe the cavity out with a damp sponge or cloth.
