Most local shipments in the GTA area will arrive within 2-5 business days (see product page for delivery time). For apartment or high-rises, delivery personnel require dedicated elevator access. Please pre-measure your doorways, entrances and hallways to ensure your new product will fit. In rare situations products may fit tight, therefore you may be asked to approve the delivery person’s attempt and release them of all liability. You must notify the delivery personal of any damages that you find as soon as the item is removed from the box. You will be asked to sign that you have inspected the delivered product and that it is in good condition. If any damage is found when opening your order, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged item.
