For your meal preparation convenience the cooktop offers one six in element with 1,500-Watt heat output, two seven inch elements with 1,800-Watt heat output, a Tri-Ring six/nine/twelve inch element rings with 1,000/2,500/3,000-Watt heat output, and handy warming zone with low 120-Watt heat outputs. The PreciseAir Convection system uses a fan installed in the rear of the oven to circulate heated air throughout the entire oven cavity, heating each rack, wall, and floor the same. No matter where you place your foods in the oven, or if you squeeze a seventh tray of chocolate chip cookies on the bottom of oven floor, you will receive the same even cooking, baking, or heating results as the rest of the oven.

To make your cooking, baking, and roasting experience even simpler, the GE PCB980DFWW features a glass touch control panel. The glass touch control panel responds quickly to the press of a button, adjusts the temperature of the elements or oven cavities quickly.

When you are finished using the oven cavity, cleanup is as simple as 1-2-3 thanks to the high-performance self-cleaning function. The self-cleaning feature uses high-heat temperatures to reduce spillovers and food particles to ash.
