Four sealed burners, including a 15,000 BTU ultra-high output burner and a 5,000 BTU burner that reduces to an ultra-low 650 BTUs, provide cooks the heat control needed for recipes requiring precise temperatures. Smart Port burner design ensures flame ports line up in between the grate fingers, directs the flame up toward the cookware and reduces the chance of grate discoloration and crazing.
